AC down in the middle of service? Dispatch runs 24/7, and average emergency response is under two hours.

Commercial HVAC service in New York City. Rooftop units, split systems and ductless mini splits for kitchens, bars, shops and buildings.

If it heats or cools, it’s handled.

What we work onCooling and heating(B&M — 01)

We service the heating and cooling for restaurants, bars, hotels, bakeries, butchers and catering kitchens across New York City.

Systems we repair, install and maintain:

Packaged rooftop units over restaurants, bars and shops: not cooling, iced coils, loaded filters, worn belts and blocked drains. Once the unit runs clean, we check the charge on every circuit.

  • Drains

Conventional ducted split systems, repaired, replaced or installed. The first number we check is the split between return and supply air: 15 to 20 degrees means the system is cooling and the building is the problem.

Ductless mini splits and heat pumps, single-zone or multi-zone. As a GE Authorized HVAC Pro we evaluate, install, maintain and service GE heating and cooling systems.

  • Heat pumps

Kitchens and dining rooms carry a heavy load: doors propped open, the line going, a full house. We measure before we sell parts, and tell you when the system is fine and the load is the problem.

Rooftop filters live behind a panel nobody walks past. We change them on a schedule, with the belts, coils and drains looked over on the same visit, for one location or many.

Common questions about commercial HVAC service

Usually not. An air conditioner ices for two reasons: not enough air over the coil or not enough refrigerant in it. On one restaurant unit the filters were packed solid; we thawed the coil, replaced the filters, cleared the drain and checked the charge on both circuits.

Check the split between return and supply air. At 15 to 20 degrees the system is cooling, and the room’s load is the problem: doors open, the kitchen line going, a full house. If the split is 5 degrees, call us.

Quarterly for a busy kitchen, and twice a year at the very least. They sit behind a panel on the roof where nobody sees them, so we change them on a schedule.
