Our story
B&M Mechanical has served New York since 1992, and over nearly three decades clients came to rely on the name for heating, cooling and refrigeration. In 2020, Yuriy, Gene and Vitaliy bought the company. Rather than retire a name clients had trusted for so long, they kept it and carried it forward. That’s why some listings, such as the Better Business Bureau (BBB), show 2020 as our start date. 2020 is the year the ownership changed, not the year B&M began. The name clients have trusted since 1992 is still on every job.
